Paradise Sensory Shower: a shower that combines various water and sensory technologies, such as water jets and lights that stimulate the senses, providing a rejuvenating experience.

Finnish sauna: a traditional wellness experience involving the use of dry heat in a wood-panelled room with temperatures ranging from 80° to 100°.

Scottish shower: a hydrotherapy treatment that involves alternating jets of hot and cold water to stimulate blood circulation, promoting a sense of well-being throughout the body.

Rustic shower: a stream of cold water from a special wooden basket, ideal as a treatment following a Finnish sauna or Turkish bath.

Kneipp circuits: a form of hydrotherapy featuring two pools, alternating between hot and cold water to stimulate circulation directly from the feet, toning the tissues and strengthening the immune system. The benefits include: relief from fatigue, drainage and relaxation of the nervous system.

Mekong Sensory Shower: an energising shower that combines a massaging water jet with tropical aromatic notes.

Volga Sensory Shower: a revitalising ritual consisting of a cold shower with a fine mist of water infused with minty aromas.

Each guest will be provided with a towel and slippers (bathrobe available on request for €8.00).

FULL-BODY MASSAGE: clients can choose between a back and neck tension-relief treatment or a relaxing massage (30 minutes).
