Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and payments

- Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, and are those in force at the time of purchase.
- The reservation will be considered confirmed only after the official confirmation communication has been sent by the property.
- Payments can be made via Stripe or directly on-site using a credit card.

2. Cancellation conditions

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the reservation. If you do not show up, the cancellation fee will be the same as the cancellation fee

3. Check-in and check-out

- Check-in time is 14:00. For arrivals outside these hours, you must inform the property in advance.
- Check-out time is by 11:00. Late departures must be notified to the property in advance.

4. Guest Responsibilities

- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, rooms or furnishings, directly or indirectly, by themselves, their friends or by persons for whom they are responsible.
- In the event of damage or loss, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged at check-out or later.
- The guest acknowledges joint responsibility for the payment of all services and expenses accrued during the stay, until the full settlement of the invoices.
- Regardless of the debit instructions provided, the guest is personally responsible for the final balance.

5. Security and valuables

- Management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal or valuable items, such as money, jewelry, or other personal belongings left in the rooms.
- Each room is equipped with a free safe for the safekeeping of personal belongings.

6. Rules of good conduct

- To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the rules of good conduct are required. Inappropriate or harassing behavior could result in early termination of your stay without the right to a refund.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all internal common areas.

7. Changes to the terms

Orsini Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
